Quite nice hotel, clean, comfortable, simple check-in, polite staff, convenient location with some cafes and supermarkets nearby. All the furniture and equipment work properly with a good quality.

Everything was great, we really liked the room; it was clean and cozy. The staff was very polite. We arrived at 3 AM, and they checked us in without any issues. I also had an unpleasant incident with the bank, and they charged me twice for the hotel stay. The hotel staff helped me resolve the issue, provided all the necessary receipts, and the matter was sorted out.

It has a perfect location. Very close to different bus stops, markets, and shopping malls. Staff was really helpfull. Our check-in was supposed to be at 2 pm but we arrived early and they let us do the check-in at 11 am. Room was big and clean. A staff came to our room at 6 pm to ask if everything is okay and if we need anything. Breakfast was okay. It has eastern, western, asian, english type of food.

Room - Nice spacious room with free upgrade (King bed was very comfortable). Location - Convenient for local shopping and hitting the Abu Dhabi malls and Corniche. Food - Good quality and presentation however abit pricey Staff - very kind friendly and always ready to provide excellent customer service to accommodate customer needs - shout out to Veronica and the rest of the management staff.

It was exceptional value for the money. Very comfortable room. Room service food was quite good. I was upgraded to a king-size bed for free. I loved the 10th-floor pub, Barosa. They have the best happy hour prices in town. Happy hour is from 5 until 9 pm. A pint of Stella is only 20 (twenty) dirhams. That's half the price any where else. Regular price is 40 dirhams, same as happy hour price in other places. The bartender informed me that they had happy hour every day.

the staff in every service was really respectful and helpful. I had many questions to ask as it was my first time in Abu Dhabi and every time the staff was keen to answer my question or solve my problems.

The most thing i like about the property is the staff they are very nice especially front office very helpful also it’s in middle of downtown means you can go anywhere from there everything is near and rooms omg i am in love very beautiful and comfortable it makes you feel like home it was sad to leave 😞

The location is convenient. You can walk to a supermarket and many nearby restaurants. Valet parking is free of charge and convenient, since you can't park nearby on weekdays. Gym is decent size. WiFi works fine. Staff is friendly. Thank you very much to Veronica V. for being so helpful and kind with early check-in.
